As Executive Director, Norm’s role centers around implementing FEI Canada’s strategic plan, focused on raising awareness of FEI Canada, growing our membership nationwide, enhancing our abilities to deliver exceptional programming and events for members, and continuing to work with and build upon the strong, long-term partnerships with our sponsors. Norm works with a small, dedicated team of professionals that punch above their weight, helping drive FEI Canada's vision forward.

As Director of Programs, Rita is responsible for overseeing the successful planning and execution of FEI Canada's programs which include: the annual conference, Canada's CFO of the Year and our Leadership Beyond Finance program. Rita's efforts positively impact FEI Canada's innovation, production and revenue goals.

Andrea Cooney - Communications and Events Manager

Effective communication is essential to create and organize successful events. As Communications and Events Manager, Andrea is responsible for FEI Canada's in-person, virtual and hybrid events.  Andrea also manages FEI Canada's social media platforms, newsletters, communications and brand guidelines.

As Director, Partner Relations, Brad oversees the business implementation and relationships with sponsors at FEI Canada. He has over 20 years of experience in managing strategic partnerships and delivering value to clients. Brad is passionate about fostering collaboration and innovation across the organization.

Pat Todd - Office Manager

As the Office Manager, Pat manages processes, purchasing, accounting, human resources, inventory and IT support for the association. Pat also assists with National and Chapter event logistics, conference registration and provides support for sponsors and exhibitors at all major FEI Canada events.

Steve contributes to FEI Canada by leading sponsorship and partnership development efforts, while also spearheading initiatives to drive new membership growth. With extensive experience working with global, national, and local organizations, Steve bringing a wealth of expertise to the FEI Canada Team. His specialties include Senior Financial Executives, Strategic Planning, Membership Organizations, Business Development, Sport Organizations, and Marketing & Communications.

FEI Canada is fortunate to be supported by numerous dedicated and talented volunteers who serve in senior leadership roles. 

Our volunteer leadership includes elected members of FEI Canada’s national Board of Directors (Board), our Presidents Forum (PF) representing our network of 12 chapters across the country, and our Thought Leadership Forum (coordinating our four thought leadership committees).

Board of Directors (BoD)

The FEI Canada Board of Directors is the primary policy-making authority for the overall organization. In addition to its statutory role, the Board is responsible for establishing Chapters and Board committees, such as the Presidents Forum (and its subcommittees on Membership, Programming and Sponsorship), the Thought Leadership Forum, the Annual Conference Committee, the Audit & Finance Committee, and the Governance Committee.

Presidents Forum (PF)

FEI Canada’s success is driven by the effectiveness of the Presidents Forum. The PF is the primary forum for the identification and resolution of issues pertaining to the FEI Canada membership experience. The PF executes the business plan that results from the strategic planning conducted at the joint Board and PF level, and includes Chapter President's from all 12 chapters. 

Executive Committee (EC)

The Executive Committee (EC) serves as a consultative body for FEI Canada’s Executive Director and provides continuity of direction for FEI Canada. The EC also has the authority to act on behalf of the Board on matters delegated to it by the Board, or upon matters deemed by the Chair or the President to require action and decision between Board meetings. Such actions of the EC are reported to, and ratified by, the Board at the next Board meeting.
